- Refactored `SimilarContentCard.js` to use Flexbox layout.
- Updated `css/tailwind.source.css` to remove grid layout and use standard flex utilities.

- Added hover effects (background color, thumbnail zoom).
- Cleaned up typography and metadata hierarchy.
