- Creates `examples/reproducers/issue-moderation-ui/` with a standalone Playwright script. - Includes `repro.spec.ts` which reproduces the "Show anyway" button visibility failure. - Adds `playwright.config.ts` for standalone execution of the reproducer. - Documents running instructions in `README.md`.
