  • Fetch Specs:
    • Download NIP-09.
    • Download NIP-21.
    • Download NIP-42.
  • Analyze & Verify:
    • Verify NIP-21 logic (scripts/verify-nip21.mjs).
    • Verify NIP-09 logic (deleteAllVersions).
    • Verify NIP-42 logic (AUTH).
  • Update NIP_INVENTORY.md.
  • Generate nip-report-2026-02-21.md.
  • Run npm test (shard 1 passed).
  • Run npm run lint.
  • Create completion log.
