- Export `resolveSignerCapabilities` from `SignerManager` and import in `NostrClient` to fix ReferenceError in `sendDirectMessage`.
- Initialize `RelayBatchFetcher` in `NostrClient` constructor to fix TypeError in `fetchListIncrementally`.
- Implement `registerPrivateKeySigner` in `NostrClient` to fix TypeError in signer tests.
