- Identified missing `jsdom` dependency causing `npm run test:unit` to fail. - Identified missing `stylelint` executable causing `npm run lint` to fail. - Created `torch/src/context/test-audit-context.md` with findings. - Updated `KNOWN_ISSUES.md`. - Wrote failure log `torch/task-logs/daily/2026-02-26T22-00-00Z__test-audit-agent__failed.md`. - Generated `test-audit/flakiness-matrix.json` and `test-audit/suspicious-tests.json` (partial/aborted).
