- Fix a logic error where the `isSelectionInProgress` flag was not reset if the user cancelled the "Create Account" flow (or other flows with early returns).
- Wrapped the entire `handleProviderSelection` logic in a `try...finally` block to ensure the flag is always reset, preventing the button from becoming unresponsive.
- Verified with reproduction test that cancelling and re-opening the "Create Account" view now works correctly.
