thePR0M3TH3AN d12831c146 Delete repository context file and update lagged oil chart script 
Removed the `repo-context.txt` file, which contained project documentation and directory structure. Made modifications to `scripts/lagged_oil_unrate_chart_styled.py` to enhance functionality and maintainability.

thePR0M3TH3AN 8797ef1d04 Refactor README and scripts for Lagged Oil-Unemployment Chart 
Update README.md to reflect new project focus on lagged oil and unemployment charting. Revise installation instructions, quickstart guide, and repository structure. Modify scripts for data fetching and plotting, and add a new SQLite database for storing FRED data. Introduce a startup script to streamline setup and execution.

thePR0M3TH3AN 71e3bf4ab9 Add refresh_data script and startup script for offline data setup 
- Introduced `scripts/refresh_data.py` to download UNRATE and WTI data from FRED and store it in a SQLite database.
- Added `startup.sh` script to set up a Python virtual environment and install dependencies for offline use.
- Updated `repo-context.txt` to reflect the new scripts and their purposes.

thePR0M3TH3AN 89accfa168 Delete lagged oil unemployment rate chart script and add new files 
Removed the `lagged_oil_unrate_chart_styled.py` script as it is no longer needed. Added a `.gitignore` file, a `requirements.txt` for dependencies, and a `scripts/` directory for future development.
