thePR0M3TH3AN 040b45b093 Refactor imports in chart scripts to use package-qualified paths 
Updated import statements in `bitcoin_m2_chart.py` and `lagged_oil_unrate_chart_styled.py` to use package-qualified paths for better clarity and consistency. Cleaned up code formatting for improved readability. Added a new output image file for the lagged oil-unrate chart.

thePR0M3TH3AN e5b1d091c5 Enhance documentation and scripts for handling UNRATE null values 
- Add policy for managing NaN values in UNRATE series to AGENTS.md.
- Update README.md with new chart script details and usage instructions.
- Modify `lagged_oil_unrate_chart_styled.py` to implement clamping to last valid index for UNRATE data.
- Introduce new script `bitcoin_m2_chart.py` for Bitcoin vs. global M2 overlay chart.
- Ensure all scripts maintain data integrity by avoiding estimates for current month.

thePR0M3TH3AN 2c576c330f Refactor import paths in chart scripts and update database 
- Updated import statements in `bitcoin_m2_chart.py` and `custom_chart.py` to use a simplified path for `fetch_series_db` and `save_figure`.
- Removed obsolete `chart.png` file from outputs.
- Made changes to `fred.db`, indicating updates to the database content.
