chore(scheduler): Execute daily scheduler run for audit-agent

- Executed scheduler daily cycle in host-repo mode.
- Acquired lock for `audit-agent` via `npm run --prefix torch lock:lock`.
- Executed required memory retrieval step.
- Executed `audit-agent` lint and size check scripts.
- Executed required memory storage step.
- Validated memory evidence.
- Published lock completion via `npm run --prefix torch lock:complete`.
- Recorded successful task execution log in `torch/task-logs/daily/`.
