fix(test): add src/torch-config.mjs to e2e test environment

Browse Source 
- Ensure `src/torch-config.mjs` is copied to the temporary test directory in `test/scheduler-preflight-lock.e2e.test.mjs`.
- Fixes `ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND` in CI during `test:integration:e2e`.
