assertion refreshes roster with writes. Future SAME6e4 native planning composition
|
||||
must read compatible already-initialized state without any schema/identity/roster
|
||||
writes, refuse precisely when missing/incompatible, and prove immutable schema,
|
||||
data, identities, tasks, messages and resource guards before/after. Release owns
|
||||
the CLI use, Kernel the read-only interface, Work convergence guards, QA boundary
|
||||
scenarios (routed e92a36f1/9f012d8d). This is a source requirement, not permission to
|
||||
open/migrate live state or substitute an older checker. Immediate convergence
|
||||
still uses supported guarded tools with legitimate scoped tool approval and exact
