- Executed scheduler flow for `docs-agent`.
- Audited `README.md`, `CONTRIBUTING.md`, and `AGENTS.md` against codebase.
- Verified existence of documented commands (`npm test`, `npm run lint`).
- Created run artifacts in `src/context/`, `src/todo/`, `src/decisions/`, `src/test_logs/`.
- Created task completion log in `task-logs/daily/`.
