feat: Add Codex CLI (Active) and OpenCode CLI (Coming Soon) to landing page

Browse Source 
- Enable Codex CLI card in `landing/index.html`.
- Add description "Requires full access permissions" to Codex CLI.
- Add "OpenCode CLI" as a "Coming Soon" option.
- Update `selectAgent` JavaScript to handle Codex selection.
