- Dynamically selects next eligible agent (weekly-synthesis-agent) from weekly roster via round-robin index.
- Acquires lock via `lock:lock` command.
- Runs memory retrieval workflow successfully.
- Executes prompt payload in simulated context (`linux` platform).
- Stores new learnings via memory update mechanism.
- Checks repository health with tests passing.
- Publishes task completion to lock relays.
- Commits authoritative `_completed.md` task execution record containing trace identifiers.
