Migrated innerHTML usage in landing/index.html to safer DOM APIs.
Reduced innerHTML count from 4 to 1.
One instance of innerHTML (marked.parse) was retained as it parses trusted content.
Verified with lint and Playwright.

Added `proposal-triage-agent`, `plan-agent`, `builder-agent`, and `governance-agent` to the landing page `AGENT_ICONS` map. This ensures these agents are correctly displayed with appropriate icons in the Functional Agents section.
Verified that `src/prompts/weekly-scheduler.md` and `src/prompts/roster.json` already correctly list these agents.
Verified frontend changes using Playwright.

Updated the regex used to parse `META_PROMPTS.md` in `landing/index.html` to be more robust against variations in newline and language identifier formatting. Added error handling to display "Prompt format mismatch" instead of leaving the element in a "Loading..." state if parsing fails. This ensures users can access the scheduler prompts even if minor formatting differences occur.

This change updates the landing page (`landing/index.html`) to group functional agents into "TORCH Maintenance & Agent Evolution" and "Repo Development" categories, instead of the default "Daily" and "Weekly" schedule-based grouping.
- Introduced `AGENT_CATEGORIES` mapping in `landing/index.html`.
- Updated `fetchAgents` to flatten the roster and group by functional category.
- Preserved the "Daily"/"Weekly" badge on agent cards.
- Verified changes with a Playwright script checking for the presence of new category headers.
