- Codebase is remarkably clean of `TODO`, `FIXME`, or `XXX` comments in source files.
|
|
- grep results are dominated by documentation and previous logs, suggesting scanning logic should exclude `task-logs/` and `src/todo/` directories to reduce noise.

## Patterns / reusable knowledge

|
- Current grep pattern: `git grep -n -E "TODO|FIXME|XXX" -- ...` finds many false positives in docs.
|
|
- Future scans should focus on `src/**/*.mjs` and exclude `*.md` files if looking for code comments.

- `artifacts/todos.txt` can become large due to documentation hits.
