Executed the manual scheduler simulation per scheduler-flow.md: 1. Resolved context (TORCH-root mode). 2. Gathered preflight exclusions and correctly selected test-audit-agent. 3. Acquired daily test-audit-agent lock successfully. 4. Ran memory retrieve command properly. 5. Simulated agent payload with manually crafted context, todo, decisions, and test logs. 6. Handed off to simulated linux execution platform successfully. 7. Generated memory storage artifact update file and stored memory successfully. 8.
