Fix CI deploy failure by reverting tracked dist changes and cleaning scripts

- Reverted accidental changes to `dist/` directory to prevent deployment conflicts.
- Ensured `scripts/agent/fuzz-lib.mjs` and `scripts/agent/setup-test-env.js` are correctly tracked.
- Removed legacy fuzz scripts (`fuzz-nostr-schemas.mjs`, etc.) and verified new camelCase naming.
- Verified local build (`npm run build`) passes.
