fix: resolve reference error in login permissions test

Fix `ReferenceError: plainCall is not defined` in `tests/nostr-login-permissions.test.mjs` by properly destructuring the `plainCall` variable from the `env.enableCalls` array in the failing test case.

This fixes a regression that was blocking CI execution.
