fix(lint): exclude test-audit and webtorrent minified files from hex check

- Added `test-audit/**` to `scripts/check-hex.js` exclusions to prevent log files from triggering hex color errors.
- Explicitly added `js/webtorrent.min.js` and `js/webtorrent.min.js.map` to exclusions as `**/*.min.js` pattern was not catching them in CI environment.
