docs(todo): add #60 — Audio tab (podcasts/music) + near-term audio-leak guard

Records the future Audio sidebar tab (dedicated <audio>/podcast player) plus the
near-term launch-hygiene fix to stop audio-only kind-30078 notes from rendering
as broken video in the grid. Captures the root cause (convertEventToVideo accepts
audio-only urls; .ogg maps to video/ogg; no <audio> fallback; the ingest-adapter
audio guard doesn't cover the native path) with the real example event, and
cross-refs #16 (live streams) / #17 (unified media grid).
