fix: resolve CI lint failure in dm-settings-modal

- Replaces arbitrary `max-h-[90vh]` with tokenized `max-h-modal-shell` in `components/dm-settings-modal.html` to satisfy `lint:tailwind-brackets` check.
- This accompanies the documentation updates for content uploads.
