chore(ai): add smoke test script (agent)

- Adds `scripts/agent/smoke-test.mjs` for end-to-end regression testing.
- Verifies key flows: login, relay connect, publish video, publish DM, and DM decryption.
- Uses local relay (port 8899) and local HTTP server (port 8000).
- Generates JSON summary and logs in `artifacts/`.
- Includes Playwright frontend verification.
