Move Subscriptions sidebar icon above Watch History

- Moved the Subscriptions link block above the Watch History link block in `components/sidebar.html`.
- Verified hydration logic with `tests/app/hydrate-sidebar-navigation.test.mjs`.
- Visually verified the order using a frontend verification script.
