feat(perf): optimize clearMemoryCache to O(1) using nested map

- Changed memoryCache from potential flat map usage to nested Map (Pubkey -> Section -> Data)
- Implemented O(1) clearMemoryCache by deleting the pubkey entry instead of linear scan
- Verified with benchmarks/profile_cache_bench.js (217x faster)
