fix(ai): resolve test failures and permission regressions (agent)

- Fix flaky mock in `tests/hashtag-preferences.test.mjs`
- Update `nostrClient.loginWithExtension` to request full permissions (fixing `nostr-login-permissions.test.mjs`)
- Ensure `jsdom` is available for `channel-profile-moderation.test.mjs`
