chore(ci): fix visual test race condition and lint checks

- Resolved race condition in `tests/visual/embed-layout.spec.ts` by polling for CSS variable injection.
- Verified local build and lint pass successfully.
- Confirmed `scripts/agent/validate-events.mjs` is excluded from Tailwind scan to prevent build interference.
- Fixed `tests/nostr-login-permissions.test.mjs` variable reference error.
