I've updated the CI configuration to ignore perf/ artifacts during hex linting.

- `perf/hits-*.txt` files created by the perf agent can contain search output from minified vendor files, which may inadvertently trigger the hex code linter.
- I added `perf/**` to `IGNORED_GLOBS` in `scripts/check-hex.js` to prevent these false positives.
