fix(build): enforce Node >=22 in package.json

Updates the `engines.node` field in `package.json` from `>=20` to `>=22` to align with the project's documentation (`README.md`) and requirements. This change ensures that build environments (e.g., 4everland) fail early if an incompatible Node.js version is used, prompting necessary environment upgrades and preventing silent build failures or missing version injection.

References:
- README.md: "The project requires Node.js v22 or higher."
- Issue: Missing version footer on deployed site due to Node 20 environment.
