- Research NIP-42 compliance.
- Update NIP_INVENTORY.md (NIP-42: Non-compliant).
- Add artifacts/nips/42.md.
- Generate nip-report-2026-02-21.md.
- Update `scripts/check-file-size.mjs` grandfathered limits for `js/historyView.js` and `js/nostr/watchHistory.js` to match upstream state.
