chore: Add daily design system audit script

- Add `audit` script to `package.json`.
- Add `scripts/daily-design-system-audit.mjs` implementation.
- Update `lint:css` to include `css/docs.css`.
- Ensure `package-lock.json` remains consistent with `unstable` to avoid CI failures.
