🧹 refactor: use shared truncateMiddle in DeleteModal

Removed the duplicated string truncation logic in `js/ui/components/DeleteModal.js` and replaced it with the shared `truncateMiddle` utility from `js/utils/formatters.js`. This improves maintainability and ensures consistent string truncation behavior across the application.
