+# Client-reliability-9 HLS final gate and build evidence

+- Candidate: `280f043a6662e3a488fca3fea272ef99bc3a2728`, safely fast-forwarded to latest `unstable` `103eb04cd9a6aac559365b7bfb077efec99c8365`; HLS implementation/test inputs matched the landed candidate exactly.
+- Normal full gate: `env -u NODE_TEST_CONTEXT -u UNIT_TEST_SHARD node tools/fleet/bin/landq.mjs submit`; final attempt completed with gate exit 0. Runner discovered 437 unique test files and started all 437 exactly once. Final file `tests/zap-totals.test.mjs` passed 13/13. Durable landq status: landed as `83fd2495b480bfafcc6aefd3a6bdd700b577d62e` at 2026-10-23 12:56:58.857 UTC. Candidate and merged SHA both verified ancestors of `unstable`.
