Refactor sendDirectMessage to use strategy pattern for NIP-04/17

Extracted NIP-17 and NIP-04 logic into separate private methods `_sendNip17DirectMessage` and `_sendNip04DirectMessage` to reduce complexity and improve readability of `sendDirectMessage`.
