chore: Add daily design system audit script

Browse Source 
- Add `audit` script to `package.json`.
- Add `scripts/daily-design-system-audit.mjs` implementation.
- Update `scripts/daily-design-system-audit.mjs` to explicitly lint `css/docs.css`.
- Revert changes to `lint:css` in `package.json` to prevent potential CI regressions.
