fix: restore permission set in loginWithExtension

Updates `js/nostr/client.js` to use `DEFAULT_NIP07_PERMISSION_METHODS` (including encryption) during login, matching the behavior expected by `tests/nostr-login-permissions.test.mjs` and preventing regression in encryption permission tracking.
