fix(nip46): update useStoredRemoteSigner to accept validator and fix connectRemoteSigner bug

- Updated `NostrClient.connectRemoteSigner` signature to `connectRemoteSigner(options = {})`, fixing a `ReferenceError` where the code was attempting to access `options.validator` while `options` was not defined (due to direct destructuring in the signature).
- Added JSDoc documentation for the `validator` parameter in both `connectRemoteSigner` and `useStoredRemoteSigner`.
- Cleaned up outdated TODO comments in `js/services/authProviders/nip46.js`.
- Verified that the `validator` is correctly extracted from `options` and called during session restoration.
- Confirmed that unit tests in `tests/services/auth-providers.test.mjs` pass.
