fix(ci): remove massive log file and update gitignore

- Deleted `test_logs/nip-hits.txt` which caused CI failure due to size
- Added `test_logs/nip-hits.txt` to `.gitignore` to prevent recurrence
- Fixed syntax error in `.gitignore` (missing newline)
