fix(watch-history): enable immediate optimistic updates and increase timeouts

- Increase default Nostr client request timeout to 15s to handle slower relays
- Implement `mergeWithQueue` in `watchHistoryService` to combine local pending views with cached remote history
- Update `HistoryView` to subscribe to `queue-changed` events and trigger immediate optimistic refreshes
- Ensures recently watched videos appear instantly in the list before network confirmation
