Fix package-lock.json sync issue for CI

Updated package-lock.json to match package.json dependencies (added vitest and jsdom).
This resolves the `npm ci` failure in GitHub Actions, ensuring all dependencies including `jsdom` and `stylelint` are correctly installed for tests and linting.
