fix(ci): increase e2e login wait timeouts and add firefox support

- Update .github/workflows/ci.yml to install Firefox for e2e-headless tests.
- Update tests/e2e/login-flows.spec.ts to increase waitForFunction timeout to 15s when waiting for logout state, fixing flaky race conditions.
- Update js/adminListStore.js to robustly await nostrClient initialization to prevent "pool not initialized" errors during startup.
