chore(agents): run docs-agent daily task — updated docs

- Updated README.md to prioritize `npx serve` and clarify testing commands.
- Verified accuracy of CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/nostr-event-schemas.md, and docs/playback-fallback.md.
- Updated docs/agents/AGENT_TASK_LOG.csv with execution status.
