docs: refresh KNOWN_ISSUES (daily)

Browse Source 
- Removed `tests/nostr/sessionActor.test.mjs` from KNOWN_ISSUES.md as it now passes.
- Updated verification dates for Visual Regression Tests and Playwright Browsers issues.
- Added daily completion log.
