Added a new configuration variable `ENABLE_NIP17_RELAY_WARNING` to `config/instance-config.js` (defaulting to `false`) to control the display of NIP-17 relay fallback warnings. Updated `js/ui/profileModalController.js` and `js/app.js` to respect this setting.

Previously, `scripts/build-dist.mjs` caught errors during version injection and logged them but allowed the build to complete with a success exit code. This masked issues in CI/CD environments (like 4everland) where version injection failed silently, leading to deployments without version hashes.
This change modifies `injectVersionInfo` to `process.exit(1)` upon failure, ensuring that any issue with version injection halts the build pipeline and surfaces the error in the logs.
Tested locally by simulating injection failure (verified exit code 1) and by running a standard build (verified success and correct injection).

- Extracted payload construction logic from `revertVideo` in `js/nostr/client.js` to `buildRevertVideoPayload` in `js/nostr/publishHelpers.js`.
- Moved `resolveStoragePointerValue` from `js/nostr/client.js` to `js/utils/storagePointer.js` to fix circular dependencies and improve code organization.

Extracts `fetchProfileFromRelay` helper method in `AuthService` to encapsulate timeout logic and event validation. This simplifies `loadOwnProfile` and makes it more readable and maintainable.
Also adds comprehensive tests for `loadOwnProfile` in `tests/auth-service.test.mjs`.

Replaced the explicit `typeof` check for `viewLoader` with a simpler assignment using the logical OR operator (`|| null`). This removes excessive defensive coding while preserving the behavior of defaulting to `null` when the argument is undefined or falsy.
Verified with a reproduction test case that confirms `loadView` is correctly assigned or defaulted to `null`.

Replaced the deprecated `fetchVideos` implementation with a wrapper around the newer `subscribeVideos` method. This reduces code duplication and ensures consistent behavior for video fetching logic. The wrapper maintains the original Promise-based API and ensures NIP-71 metadata is populated before resolving.
Added tests in `tests/nostr/client.test.mjs` to verify `fetchVideos` behavior.

- The `setup-localstorage.mjs` test helper polyfills `ResizeObserver` on `globalThis`, which prevented `HashtagStripHelper` from falling back to `window.resize` logic during testing.
- Updated `tests/ui/components/hashtagStripHelper.test.mjs` to temporarily unset `globalThis.ResizeObserver` during tests that verify fallback behavior.
- Ensures the component correctly detects the absence of `ResizeObserver` and falls back to `requestAnimationFrame` or `setTimeout` mechanisms.

Removed a duplicate/malformed code block in `js/app.js` that was causing `SyntaxError: Unexpected token '.'` during module loading. This error was breaking tests in `tests/app/channel-profile-moderation.test.mjs` and others.
Also restored `_initNostr` and `_initSessionActor` methods which were partially clobbered or malformed in the file structure.
Verified by running the affected unit tests locally.

The `feedCoordinator` logic assumes `this.refreshFeed` exists on the Application instance (because methods are bound via `bindCoordinator`). However, `Application` previously only implemented `refreshRecentFeed`, `refreshForYouFeed`, etc., but not the generic `refreshFeed`.
This caused a `TypeError: this.refreshFeed is not a function` when `loadFeedVideos` (which calls `refreshFeed`) was invoked.
This commit adds `async refreshFeed(...args)` to `Application` in `js/app.js`, delegating to `this._feed.refreshFeed(...args)`.
