Adds an explicit timeout to `tests/visual/overlay-layers.spec.ts` to allow
the CSS sidebar transition to complete before asserting layout metrics.
This fixes a race condition where the margin measurement was performed
while the transition was still in progress.
Fixes failure: expect(received).toBeLessThan(expected) Expected: < 0.5

Ensures `db.close()` is called in `js/directMessagesStore.js` methods (`loadDirectMessageSnapshot`, `saveDirectMessageSnapshot`, `clearDirectMessageSnapshot`) to prevent hanging `deleteDatabase` calls in tests (and potentially in app teardown). This resolves the timeout issue in `tests/nostr/dm-direct-message-flow.test.mjs`.

- Moved NIP-07 extension detection and permission logic from `NostrClient` to `nip07` provider.
