However, the purpose of this script is to provide feedback via a PR comment, not to block the pipeline (other jobs handle blocking).

Added the `resolveEventDTag` method to the `NostrClient` class in `js/nostr/client.js`. This change completes the refactoring of `fetchListIncrementally` by:
1. Importing `RelayBatchFetcher` in `js/nostr/client.js`.
2. Instantiating `RelayBatchFetcher` in `NostrClient` constructor.
