Replaced direct `console.log` and `console.error` calls in `js/historyView.js`
with `userLogger.info` and `userLogger.error` to comply with the project's
logging policy as defined in AGENTS.md.

Specifically addressed the fallback logging in `boundClearHandler` when
`app.showSuccess` or `app.showError` is not available.

Formatted `js/historyView.js` with Prettier to ensure consistency.
