fix(nip46): ensure validator integration works correctly in connectRemoteSigner

- Updated `connectRemoteSigner` signature to include `validator` in the destructured parameters.
- Restored original numbered process description in `connectRemoteSigner` JSDoc while adding `validator` documentation.
- Cleaned up `js/services/authProviders/nip46.js` by removing outdated TODO comments.
- Verified that the `validator` is correctly called during both manual connection and session restoration.
- Confirmed that CI failures in previous runs were likely due to flaky visual tests (Check Run 2 passed tests that Check Run 1 failed).

* 1. **Parse**: Decodes the `nostrconnect://` or `bunker://` URI.
