- Document that the explore/kids feed ALREADY consumes NIP-71 hashtags (both raw ["t",…] tags and video.nip71.hashtags) — feed algo needs zero changes; only capture is missing (no per-video hashtags field on 30078 today). - Add a "Converting existing videos" section: opting in is an edit that maps every available 30078 field into its NIP-71 home (incl. hashtags → t) and writes the 34235/36 mirror with d=videoRootId; non-destructive, lockstep edits. - Pull hashtag capture + field conversion explicitly into Phase 1.
