- Fix `tests/moderation-service.test.mjs` failing with `nostr-extension-missing` by injecting dependency.
- Fix circular dependency in `js/nostr/commentEvents.js` causing `tests/nip71-base-event-tags.test.mjs` to fail.
- Update `package-lock.json` via `npm audit fix`.
